If you are still employed three months before your 65th birthday, contact Social Security to inform SS that you are currently employed. If you are retired 2 months before your 65th birthday, you will recieve a Medicare Part A and B card in the mail. If not, contact Social Secuirty to get the Medicare process started. During the month before the effective card date, contact us so we can walk you through the process.

A Medicare supplement works with your Part A and B for outpatient/inpatient claims. A Medicare Advantage, sometimes considered Part C, is approved Medicare for private companies that must follow Medicare guidelines. Some Advantage plans include Part D, which is prescription drug coverage. 

If you are automatically enrolled, you will get your red, white, and blue Medicare card in the mail approximately 3 months before your 65th birthday OR your 25th month of disabilty benefits
